About Charity Technology

For small charities with big ambitions

CRM isn't software - CRM is culture. Your small charity or non-profit needs a holistic approach to ensure your CRM plans don't become one department's white elephant.

I've worked in the charity sector for over 25 years, at both small and large organisations. As I've seen charity CRM and e-learning software develop into a multi-million pound industry, I've grown aware that what works for large charities isn't always right for small ones. Enterprise-level software isn't always the best choice. And you can't tell until you've used it for a while. What is common across charities of all sizes is the need for sustainable approaches, future-proofed decision-making, and ownership of the donor, customer & learner relationship.

Sustainable, flexible, and cost-effective solutions are a must. I'm here when you need me, not as an expensive one-off consultation, but as a resource to help inform strategy, sense-check, help with ideas, and support your organisation's technology future.

He calmly and patiently steered us through the transition from using cumbersome excel spreadsheets to getting our new Beacon CRM system operational. Kevin was on hand to help with all the data transfer and crucially to help trouble-shoot. His knowledge and mastery of Beacon was super helpful and made the whole experience seamless. We felt he had really listened to what we wanted and offered a warm, supportive presence to guide u
