The training was tailored to our organisation and no question was ever a silly one. My organisation used to record everything the Stone Age way on paper, but for years, we never knew how to keep and manage donors' records properly. We knew something had to be done and thank God we found Beacon. We are not a computer-savvy bunch, but most of us catch on rather quickly because the platform is so easy to use. Their support team is GREAT! More than once they created quick video guides for us when we wanted to get things done but didn't know how. Highly recommended!
