Has Impact was founded by Hasmita Chavda, who brings over 15 years of experience in the charity sector to her work. Hasmita served as the Head of Programmes and Impact at a Youth Enterprise Charity before transitioning to implement transformative CRM processes. She has first-hand experience with the frustrations of outdated systems, having previously designed and delivered services for young people. Her expertise lies in case management, bringing data to life through dashboards, and mapping user journeys to align with systems and processes.
