The new system is clear, efficient and user‑friendly, helping us better support 700 volunteer Marine Mammal Surveyors. They calmly solved every issue and went above and beyond. Gemma has been incredible throughout are implementation of Beacon and helping with training and tweaking the system so it works perfectly for us. We had a tight time frame which Gemma worked to, not only guiding us but also providing tools so we could do some of the work ourselves and making sure we completed it in time. Gemma took the time to know our needs and thought about how we would use the CRM in practice, then tailoring the CRM for us! A huge thank you to Gemma - highly recommend!
