Gemma has been incredible throughout are implementation of Beacon and helping with training and tweaking the system so it works perfectly for us. We had a tight time frame which Gemma worked to, not only guiding us but also providing tools so we could do some of the work ourselves and making sure we completed it in time. Gemma took the time to know our needs and thought about how we would use the CRM in practice, then tailoring the CRM for us! A huge thank you to Gemma - highly recommend!

Gemma guided us through setting up Beacon and it was a very smooth process. She is very nice and easy to work with, she knows the product well and efficiently organised the order in which we did everything. With the more complicated aspects, she quickly grasped what needed to be done and worked with Beacon where needed to see things through. We would recommend working with her without reservation and we are very grateful that she helped us and that we have such an improved database as a result.
