Working with Gemma and Noah on our Beacon implementation was a wonderful experience. After a difficult time with our previous CRM, we were nervous, but they guided us thoroughly, led the data migration and built training into it, so we were learning from day one. They were friendly, responsive to our endless questions (sorry!), and considered the needs of our fundraising, finance and programmes teams. Our team now uses Beacon frequently and confidently. I could not recommend them more highly!

Gemma has been incredible throughout are implementation of Beacon and helping with training and tweaking the system so it works perfectly for us. We had a tight time frame which Gemma worked to, not only guiding us but also providing tools so we could do some of the work ourselves and making sure we completed it in time. Gemma took the time to know our needs and thought about how we would use the CRM in practice, then tailoring the CRM for us! A huge thank you to Gemma - highly recommend!
