I'm passionate about joining the dots between ideas and people. I'm a trained data analyst with a flair for clear, meaningful communication. Data is great in itself but pragmatic application is the sweet spot.
My work focuses on impact, strategy and storytelling. I work with charities to audit and improve their current data management, alongside monitoring and evaluation, in order to better meet their organisational vision, mission and values. We need to be able to tell a story well with both quant and qual data to win support.
Specific to CRMS, I have the knowledge and experience to help you with migration, de-duplication and data cleansing. I have worked through the detail of memberships and monthly giving schemes, revising volunteer data as well as creating events, managing GDPR, maximising GiftAid and managing grant pipelines. I run the whole gamut.
The value that drives me to this work is to helping others use their resources optimally for the maximum effect. I can't work for every valuable cause, so I focus my efforts in showcasing other's achievements. Helping others to resonate most effectively with their desired audience will ultimately have a much larger collective impact.
I assimilate new information quickly and have had a diverse career, having worked with a large number of organisations: The 2 Minute Foundation (environmental), Friends of Bude Sea Pool (local assets), The Women's Centre Cornwall, The Japanese Garden Society, Stemettes (STEM for girls and non-binary young people) and with the Trafficked Children Project at the Refugee Council.
Get in touch if this strikes a chord. I'm always up for a new challenge and meeting new people who are doing great things for their communities and planet.
