We help charities get their data and systems working properly so fundraising can flow. We specialise in CRM and data management, supporting teams to move to Beacon and build a setup that genuinely works for them.

I’m Paula, the consultant behind Flow. With over 13 years of experience working on fundraising data and CRM projects in charities, I help organisations make sense of their data and turn it into something useful.

Moving to a new CRM can feel daunting, so I keep things practical and straightforward, helping you create the best database structure for your organisation, mapping out the right processes and making sure everything’s documented, consistent and automated where it can be.

I work closely with teams to build confidence in using the system day to day. I document processes clearly, provide training that makes sense in real life, and make sure you’re properly supported and resourced once the project is complete.

The aim to create a clean, functional Beacon setup that your team actually understands and enjoys using, so you can stop fighting your data and start using it.

Paula was outstanding from start to finish.
