Adam was so helpful from the first meeting. He has a lovely manner and is really flexible in terms of arranging meetings. He not only set up our CRM, but he also proactively suggested many ways to improve and automate our processes. We now have a CRM that really works for us, and Beacon has become a genuinely vital tool for our organisation. We are so grateful for Adam's patient support and for how he made an effort to ensure he not only did the job but made sure we understood the system too.
