We have met with Gemma a number of times, initially to support us with setting up our Beacon CRM and for a couple of more in depth meetings including how to submit a Gift Aid Claim. Gemma tailored the Beacon CRM training to suit our needs. Gemma broke the training sessions down into small chunks which was brilliant for us.
