RE:Web Services is a certified Beacon CRM partner

What We Do

We’re a small business making meaningful changes in big spaces. RE:Web Services offers design, maintenance and support for charities and businesses for all of their online needs; whether it’s designing a logo, developing a website or implementing a CRM.

Our Story

Our local Good Neighbour Scheme reached out for assistance post-lockdown to straighten out the data that had been cobbled together through urgency alone while they operated their “fourth emergency service” to a community that was struggling with the implications of the pandemic. Knowing what was required, we researched existing CRM’s designed for charity’s and identified Beacon as the solution. Whilst working on this implementation, Beacon connected with us and offered an opportunity for RE:Web Services to join their partner network. Having seen how impactful the change was for the charity we were working with, we knew it was the right fit for us.

Outside of working with charities through Beacon, we work with other small businesses from the UK to Saudi Arabia, who often do not have the resources to manage all of the systems and touch points that mean success, be this data security, social media, websites, copywriting, branding or marketing. RE:Web Services is certainly multi-faceted. We understand the full picture of what it means to exist as a business or charity in a digital age, and this well-rounded knowledge and wealth of experience means we’re able to view all the aspects of your organisation as a whole, pinpoint your needs and create solutions.

Understood the brief perfectly!

Vanessa James · Sidmouth Hospice at Home ·

Rachael was excellent at understanding our needs as a charity and translating that into something compatible with Beacon. Our needs were unusual in needing the system to work across volunteering, support service delivery and fundraising whilst keeping costs down, and Rachael was able to navigate this with her expertise. She was also very warm and easy to work with! Thank you Rachael!

Hugely positive, in fact, invaluable!

Sharon Coombes · Sidmouth Hospice at Home ·

This has been our first experience of using a CRM for our hospice service, and Rachel has made the complex process of transferring data, and of building a system that works for us, a simple, step by step process. Rachel is patient, responsive and crucially, hugely knowledgeable about this platform. Her expertise has been invaluable throughout and she is a pleasure to work with.
