Who are we?

t{h}onix works with charities on all things technical. We have vast experience in the non profit space and understand the unique set of challenges they face when it comes to implementing new tools and solutions.

With a particularly deep knowledge of case management within charities, t{h}onix understands how best to architect data and process automations to support charities to deliver their services efficiently, whilst still building a strong data story.

How do we work?

Alongside you is the short answer! We aim to:

  • Be bespoke - no 2 clients are the same so we adjust how we work to best suit you. From our initial conversations we create an approach that we think best supports your specific charity and your specific needs to achieve the best result
  • Bring insight but inform - Our role is clearly to bring both sector and technical expertise however, a key part of our role is to ensure we empower you with the tools and knowledge you need to be the true owners of your system and data.
  • Listen but challenge - We’re here to listen to your needs and wants but also use our knowledge to gently challenge. It’s important to build trust as we work together to allow challenge, to ensure we land on the best possible outcome.
