We used Eyes Down for starting up our Beacon database and integrating it with our website. As this is our first CRM, Stuart was a fantastic and patient collaborator as we jumped various hurdles with figuring out our data and processes. In particular, he is brilliant at keeping things accessible for a wide range of staff, able to adapt to varying knowledge/understanding of CRMs, which was an invaluable asset for our small team - and a skill that is usually hard to come by.

We worked with Stuart to launch onto Beacon CRM. Stuart was incredibly supportive in getting data migrated across, as well as setting up the our database, the Beacon Forms to enable us to start processing donations through the website, direct into Beacon CRM, as well as building the reporting for us.
